DS1 last patch, after LOA

Time to ask what may be a stupid question, but in the interests of clarity ...

Why no download anywhere to patch base DS1 from 1.11.1 (the level bundled with the LOA retail, according to "About" from the main menu) up to 1.11.1462?

(Fourteen hundred and sixty one little tweaks is an incredible number to be missing, but I'm dubious about trying to apply a patch package meant for a much older starting point.)

The patch number is 1.11.1462 but the screen that shows the version number in the game can only display 6 characters. so if the game says 1.11.1 it is really 1.11.1462 silly I know but that is the way it is.
