From time to time our beloved website receives an influx of spam. These tricksy spammer types have their ways, and can sometimes be funny. BUT DON'T BE FOOLED!! Don't eat the SPAM!

Most of the SPAM is absolute garbage. I'll take this opportunity to remind folks to *not* respond to the spam messages and of course, don't follow any links.

Nonetheless, some of this stuff appeals to my weird sense of humor...although I am still not sure what an "apple booty" is. Also that narrows the field down. What about raisin booty or apricot booty? What kinds of bathing suits should they wear? Hmm?!

A few spam posts actually offered good advise. Like drink water instead of soda if you wish to weigh less. Stopping smoking will make you live longer. Problem is that the good advise is written by out of work water cooler salesmen that can not afford cigarettes and suffer from hair loss and E.D. Insane Insane

For years, I was an avid Diet Coke drinker. Now I haven't had soda in like 3 years or so. Soda (both diet and regular) is acidic, which is bad for teeth and stomach. Water is best, but it's hard sometimes to drink enough without running to the bathroom 100 times a day. Shock

I do use Stevia in my coffee, but that is supposed to be natural. Along with quarts of half and half. Just ask Lili

I always thought running to the bathroom 100 or more times a day was just how things where. You mean it is caused by water! Shock
