V4 is ready finally. But because of size (44mb) had to upload to storage site. Mediafire did not want to upload, so went with 4shared.

Edit: Forgot to include where level 99 armors and weapons are located in the Read Me. Unique armors are located at Eirulan reagent shop and unique weapons are at Amanlu reagent shop.
