sig, wouldn't any type of milk product trigger an allergic reaction?

I feel a little sad for you. I can't imagine not having dairy. Buttermilk w/ potato seems intriguing. I don't get to eat potatoes all that often, but next time we have mashed potatoes I think I will add some buttermilk instead of regular.
