Fallout3

one of the elflings gave me Fallout3 for Crimble..!!

- it's like an adult version of Oblivion..
- and is constructed roughly the same, with main quest and lots of side-quests

- plays brilliantly, and despite it's post-nuclear holocaust scenario
- it's a very well put together adventure game, lots to do and investigate

- this is my Chr in Moriarty's Saloon in Megaton City - I'm looking for my Dad..

- I certainly recommend this one, folks - it's a gem..!!

That looks like it could be a fun game. Glad you're enjoying it.

Yes, looks good. Smile By Bethesda too (same game engine as Oblivion). I'll probably wait before picking it up though... so it can get cheaper, and perhaps they'll release a version including some of the to-be-released DLC.

- I must say, I'm really quite impressed with this rather blood-thirsty game

- it's got an 18+ age-tag, so the the language is somewhat earthy (?!) to say the least
- and the game gets a wee bit gory at times, but it's just so-oo immersive..!!

- oddly, the main plot ends in a sort of anti-climax, but the real strength is in the side-quests..
- they're many and varied, with some head-scratching to do - while simultaneously avoiding a succession of evil enemies..

- it has a huge open map, and new add-ons (much like Shivering Isles and Knights of The Nine, in Oblivion..) are in the works
- see here :

- this adventure game looks as though it will be around for a while, it seems.. :woot:
