I amuse myself sometimes when walking by making groaning noises and waving my arms a bit, since I still can't walk properly and kinda shamble along like a zombie. The damage to my right ankle is permanent and it hurts to walk. So, Grrr Arrggh and other assorted types of undead noises.. The upside of this situation is ( and I'm really trying to find all the upsides I can) I will be applying for a handicapped parking placard and then I can grab up those sweet sweet handicapped spots at the grocery store. Awwww yeah. The spine doctor says I might be rid of my silly orthopedic collar by the beginning of January, so looking forward to that. I want to feel "normal" again. Whatever normal is, damned if I know. :P So how have YOU folks been? Looking forward to Christmas or maybe even the end of the world? blogs: |

Since you apparently actually have a valid basis for your application, it will undoubtedly be refused.
My impression has always been that the handicapped parking spots are grabbed by those with mental disabilities, rather than physical, as the drivers rarely have any visible impediments. You can tell a lot by how straight they can't park, though.

Gee Sol we may be damaged but we are still moving. Which gives an advantage to the site. Since we can not do much in the way of physical activity we have time to be here :P
