Adepts -- Kingdom of Ehb Map

I found a bug that is not Adepts Specific but I will list it here as well as in the Map Pack Forum.

The quest to "Clear Edgaar's Basement. I talked to Edgaar and he gave me the quest to clear his basement. Went into the basement and cleared it of all the Monsters on both levels and collected the loot including the items in the hidden area on the second level (sub-basement) then left the basement.
I would have expected the quest to complete, however it did not show as completed. I talked to Edgaar again just to make sure I did not have to do that like was required when playing Dungeon Siege 1. That did not help. Appears to me that some trigger did not activate.

I reached the exit of the Glitterdelve Mine. Upon reaching the door prior to the elevator I looked for the lever/switch/button to open the door (it should have been on the wall to the right of the door) but I could not see it. Moving the cursor over the wall it changed from an arrow to a hand very briefly. After working for about 2 minutes I got the door open and exited the mine via the elevator. Not sure if this is a phantom problem like many others I have seen of late but I am posting it anyway.

Configuration is as follows:
Adepts version Beta 1i
Legendary Map Pack is beta 12 (with all current updates)
Video Settings

Location of missing button

That button should be visible. Something is amiss.

If you remember in the early alphas of the Legendary Pack there were heaps of these invisible buttons. They were due to the way DS2 positions certain objects such as these buttons, compared to DS1. I spent a lot of time individually fixing each button, including this one.

Yet somehow it ended up in the wall again and I've verified that by looking in the Editor. I've fixed it now and it should be working properly in the next beta.

Iryan, Just wondering if Ava Riverstarn should have some kind of Icon over her indicating she is the end of a quest or a star within the radar screen? No problem with the sister's message quest, it is just if you do not remember where she lives she might be hard to find. Not something that needs a rapid fix in an case.

The icon should already be there, I checked the template. What did she say to you? Did the quest complete properly?

Additionally there should be a radar icon but for some obscure and mysterious reason that has completely and totally escaped me, I've disabled it. I've re-enabled it but of course there's no way of quickly checking whether it works or not.

Iryan there is no problem with completing the Sisters Message Quest. I talk to Ava and she thanks me for the message and the quest completes. I was just pointing out that she was not marked either on screen or on radar that she was the solution to a quest. I can see all the maps clearly in my head and I know where 90% of all quests start and end. However there might be some players that have not played a DS1 map in years or do not have a photographic memory for all Dungeon Siege maps like I do. So it was more as an aid to navigation.
There really is no need to repair it, since those things did not exist in DS1 anyway.

I have finished playing through Kingdom of Ehb with the latest versions of Adepts and Legendary Map Pack, without any additional errors. Iryan is someone testing Ehb without Adepts?

Not to my knowledge. I'm currently in Yesterhaven playing an non-Adepts game. Still picking up a couple little bugs, one introduced by the latest build of the graphics pack. I'll try to upload the fixes tonight as the graphics are the best yet and probably as good as anyone can get them short of redesigning the Siege Engine so it can support HD textures.

The Utraean Peninsula probably is worth replaying. I still have to try to find a way of getting the Lost Queen Tail to die properly in LOA, it looks very clumsy and amateurish at the moment. If I can't get it to behave I'll try to make it explode instead (similarly to the Pirate Ship in Adepts).

I will have a look at Ehb again with standard characters once you upload the updates. I have not played a standard character in so long I do not remember what they look like
Must dig up my old standard character weapons and armor.

I am currently playing Ehb with no mods and have gotten to the Ice Caves with no glitches.
