Here and There

I know I haven't been contributing much lately, and now I feel I might not be logging in so very often. My Dad is in the hospital with pulmonary embolism (a fancy way of saying blood clot in the lung). He is responding well to treatment so hopefully he can go home soon, but I gotta say I am feeling pretty frazzled.

I am glad to hear he is responding to treatment. I understand the frazzled feeling. Taking care of family can drain the juices right out of you. Be safe friend

Thank you folks.

He got to go home today, so not quite a week in the hospital. So that's good, but...I'm not trying to be morbid, but he is 85 and I think I will really lose it when something happens. I can't dwell on that though...gotta live in the moment.

But anyway, thanks again. Smile

Happy to hear your dad was able to come home. I feel exactly the same way Kathy, the two relatives I am caring for are 88 and it is touch and go.
