Here I have listed and documented some functions in order to create effects. There are still a lot of functions undocumented I'm working at it. If you have any question about effects, or problem with a wrong doc you can message me I'll modify it asap.

I have made this based on what I have experimented and read from Dungeon Siege 2 effects there could be some errors in the list.
So if you spot anything please report it :).
