Graphics Improvement Mod

I've found a way to slightly improve the graphics of DS1 (all versions) using the assets of my DS2 mod, the DS1 Legendary Mod for DS2. It was quite a convoluted path requiring conversion from dds to psd through XnViewMP and then from psd to raw through PsdToRawUI.

I wonder if anyone thinks this mod is worth releasing? It is 463Mb in size.

Every once in a while I go back to Adepts and Legends of Utrae just for a change, so it might be fun to have the graphics improvement mod. I guess I am just an iryan mod lover.

I do plan on trying to improve it, it would be far better if I could mass convert bitmap files to raw but the only converter I have can only handle one file at a time. There's 8,275 files in the pack (well over 1 GB uncompressed) so that's not practical.

The bonus is that the conversion doesn't seem to have affected the alpha channels as far as I can determine but if you're willing to try it I'll upload it later when I've time.

For a complete Graphics redux/improvement of those old DS1 graphics in DS2, I think a couple of gigs are a very fair trade, in my own opinion. Unless of course you're saying that it'd be difficult for the side to even host such a download, which I understand as well.

I would like to see this as well.

Sure I will try it, be happy to.

It's not perfect ( hence it's only 0.9.0 ), but here it is anyway! I have no idea how to fix it, but if you know how, please message me the fixed files and I'll put them in 0.9.1.

I downloaded it and will give it a try. I don't think I will be able to offer any actual assistance though.

If you read the changelog (blog) on this mod, you'd know there are some missing textures... but honestly i have no idea where these are used. if their noticeable, I'll release v0.9.1.

I had to look at the naming key section so I could figure out where those textures would even go. Weird.
