..from Beyond the Blue Havens

- Happy Christmas (2006) to one and all! :woot:

- Andrew (- one of the elflings..) bought himself a prezzie yesterday - the deluxe boxed version of Dungeon Siege 2 - it looks beautiful, and now I want one!

..seriously, though it does look very well put together, the artwork is ace and it looks brilliant on the games shelf.. it comes with a map showing all the lands - the Utraean Peninsula, Ehb and everything.. this game certainly covers some ground - the over all playing area is immense!!

- I'm really looking forward to getting started in Broken World, I've had the game for weeks and weeks, but have not yet started it..

- I'm just at Kalrathia in Elite level DS2, so it won't be long before I get to the final chapters in the DS2 story..

- I should be finished about March 2007!!

- meanwhile, here's a piccie of my current party..

- I've had only one problem with level-ups, so far - Amren seemed to be progressing very slowly, so eventually I swapped him for his doppleganger at the inn at Aman'Lu (- I took all his inventory away before-hand, though!)..
- the new version of Amren had lots of bonus level-ups, which brought him up to the level of the rest of the party.. he was quickly re-equipped and has made good progress since then..

BTW - the Arena in Elite level is a real challenge - and that Dark Wizard that you have to defeat to rescue Eva, had over 600,000 life..!! :woot:
