Purple Rain is confused and upset because of what he found in the stable of the Falleran Pet Seller.

We have reached the Pit of Despair and freed the Skelly so he can buy DS2. We left him chatting with Rhod Emell by the bridge to the Flooded Sanctuary.
Discovered an interesting thing with some summoned creatures. Most can not be healed with the "healing hands" spell and most will go away when you use the "Return Summoned" spell. However the summoned Gray Wolf can be healed and does no go away when you use returned summon spell. This is fine with me as I tend to like wolves. I will have to look into the DS1 Summon Spells to find out why.

Was having a chat with the famous (in his own mind) bird hunter Pierin Taered about rare birds on the beach at Meren and he said he could not find the Panagonium Forest Pecker. I explained to him as best I could that if he went up the elevator next to the armor shop and entered the cloud forest he would have no trouble finding the silly bird as it was on the path to the Temple containing the Meren Stone. However all he did was whine and through his hands in the air complaining about bandits, pirates and other things.

I was lucky that both my computers have all the same game files on them, because when my primary computer failed to boot and also shorted out two wall outlets, I was able to start a new game on my secondary computer So I begin again playing Legends of Utrae with Adepts and Kathy's Zombie and Shied mod. Currently We are on our way to Meren and Taking a break at the location where Dornek Firehammer and Snow Tracker are hanging out at the exit of the ancient temple.

While standing in the corn field between the Armor Shop and the Elddim Inn. I questioned one of the kids running about and she said to me. "I wanted to play tennis today but someone planted corn in the tennis court. Strange time these!" I had forgotten that I had redone many of the conversations. I will have to look closely from now on.

I have off and on been replaying Legends of Utrae with Adepts. Looking down all the side paths and trails. As you are aware DS1 does not have the advantage of radar like DS2 however I have played Legends of Utrae 3.2 so many times over the years the radar is in my brain. I know pretty much where all the good stuff is hidden and where the powerful monsters are.
