[REQUEST] magic modifier: usable variables list

Hi to all,

I am looking for a list of (globally?) pre-defined variables that I can use in the magic modifier blocks.

So far I have only seen "#item_level" being used as a numeric variable.
In some of the Broken World files I found "#clamped_intel" refenced to in a comment, but not being actively used.

Other variables that I would like to use are those that point to the selected character's stats; for example:
-überlevel
-strength
-dexterity
-intelligence
-melee skill
-ranged skill
-nature magic skill
-combat magic skill
-maximum health
-maximum mana

The reason I am asking, is because I would like to make a few items that use variable modifiers, as opposed to numbered modifiers; i.e. "value = (#nmagic + #cmagic) * 0.01" as opposed to "value = 0.04".

Hosting/Joining a game with a mod

I recall mods in DS1 allowing you to join and host games without others needing the same mod that you has in order to play with them. I never really learned how to get my mods to do that, and I wanna make sure some of my mods for DS2 will let me play in other games without having to go through the hastle of removing them from my Resources folder. I haven't made item mods yet, but I do have a level 150 mod with a well-balanced experience table after level 100 that I will be releasing eventually. Most of what my mods are is pretty much new nodes for map editing and added enemies, so there shouldn't be any interference in the other person's gaming experience.

where are the pet shops

Could someone tell me where the templates for the pet shops are? You see, i am making a new pet and i need a way to add it to the game. ^_^

Available Mods

Will Siegetheday.org be restoring all the mobs that it had previously available to the download area?

There was a combo mod there before that I do not remember the name of, but would like to collect again.

Request video tutorials on DS2 modding

Marcos has offered to make more video tutorials on modding if there are some good requests so don't hesitate to ask for one. Just remember that he isn't into deepcore modding DS2 right now since it's been a while.

"Level Up" mod?

I am very surprised at the dificulty I'm having finding DS II mods, considering how easy it was to find them when I played DSI.

Does anyone have a link where I can download a "Level Up" mod? Beating down thousands of monsters gets boring after your fifth time through, and I just install it now and again for nostalgia nowadays.
