help on stallation

:? I had to reinstall my computer fully so i had to install the game DS again.
I put the disc in the drive, i went to install and then the game started installing.....But when it went ds config (something) the installation froze and then it told of an error saying it might already installed and stuff.
I went to search on my computer but found nothing like ds config. Please help me.......

explain exactly the steps you did in "install computer fully."

Did you format your drive and install windows fresh, or did you just install windows overtop of a previously installed installation of windows...

..if you run a cleaner - you can remove most of the left-over stuff from your hard drive - it's also quite useful for keeping the cookie folder and temp internet file clean, too...

I use CCleaner - it has an "issues" tab that lets you know if things aren't as they should be..
- its a free download (via Google search) - but handle with care, as it's quite brutal!

(..it does offer you the option of backing-up, before you clean though - which is nice.)
