Assuming that the expansion (and other future mods) would require a "clean" installation of the DS2 code, I started the original game all over again - unmodded.. Wow, I've just travelled from the Azunite Desert Outpost to the Eastern Cliffs by Windstone Fortress - I'd almost forgotten just how mean those Skath are - phew! What a journey - it took me 4 hours and nearly a whole packet of butter crunch biscuits..!! 8O No Mods - green rings and mist everywhere.. spooky or what!? |

Sounds like fun... I still have to finish Elite with my first character (dual-wield melee, no mods)... perhaps I'll continue that journey soon.
