Mod Title: Dark_Elf's Diablo Unique Rings & Amulets

This mod has 5 rings and 3 amulets graphics from Diablo Lord of Destruction, the 5 rings and 3 amulets will appear in shops. Also I converted most of the Unique rings & amulets to DSII rings and amulets, didn’t do all the good stats (eg Golems and curses) but got most of the ones I could do.

Installation Instructions:
1. Place xdediablo.ds2res into the Dungeon Siege 2 Resources folder or Broken World Resources folder.
2. Please use AllSaves or Elys Succubus to play mods… can use regular DungeonSiege 2 too, but don’t blame me for messed up saves.
Uninstall Instructions:
1. remove xdediablo.ds2res from the Resources directory. But make sure ya delete all diablo rings and amulets from characters first.

Compatibility issues:
1. This mod should not conflict with DS2, DS2BW or any other mod.

thanks sigofmugmort... rings and amulets are the easiest things to import into this game, if u see some from other games that would look good in DS, we may add them later.

Works well in Adepts as well, just drop the Mod in the custom folder resources

it should work with any mod, with exception of perhaps a super shop mod where the magic shop would be edited. the rings and amulets use their own templates and don't overwrite any global game files...the only thing I wish was better was the graphics, I think I need to take the alpha out cause they are almost transparent on the character.

In d2 and d2x they weren't explicitly called diablo amulets or diablo pentagram amulets, and it hurts immersion, especially if you are doing a Diabloish playthrough, or pretending that this game is Diablo 3 (which I did when it was first out)

although unlike last time, instead of just complaining, I cut open your mod, changed it myself and made a version where the names are just "Amulet" and "Ring".

they were named Diablo Amulets and Diablo Rings cause that was the game they came from. and yes d2 and d2x didn't use those names, but Dungeon Siege already has lots of "Ring" and "Amulet" already without anything describing them. Also by naming them Diablo ring and amulet if someone decides they want to quit using "MY" mod, they can remove the Diablo Rings and Amulets from their inventory quicker knowing that "MY" diablo rings and amulets all had been Prefixed "DIABLO" and wont have to worry about possibly corrupting their save game....I wouldn't pretend this game is Diablo 3, it hurts immersion that Diablo 3 was ever made in the first place....I have no problem with people "Cutting Open MY mod, changing it themselves, and renaming the Amulet and Rings for their game/computer" However I do have issues with people distributing a MODIFIED version of MY mod, using MY mods filename, ME as author, without CREDIT or PERMISSION....however if u want to upload a modified version...Please use your name as the author, rename the mod, and UPDATE it regularly.
