Best online resources for a new player to DS2?

Greetings,
I just purchased and began playing DS2 in Single player mode. I did play the original DS about 3 years both single player and online. I also used to play alot of Diablo 2 and always liked to do alot of online research about game features such as Item and character stats.

My question is: Is this the best resource for DS2 for the new gamer? It is about the only thing so far that I have found. I remember back when siegenetwork existed during my orignal DS days and I found it quite useful. I was wondering if there are other web resources in addition to this site that you veterans can reccomend.

Actually you might find Herena Forge and Siegecore useful as well.

This is the best community site for sure... Laughing out loud ...but DSH has some player info. too.

The best information source is actually the game files themselves. Using the DS2TK you can take a look at formulas, values, attributes... all within the game code used when you play. Cool

well im kinda tired so i aint gonna post any links, but to be fair im gonna give mention to 2 more sites

i think that a new person would like gamebanshee for the map and quest walkthroughs, the maps are really nice if ya get lost or want to know where things are, yes i know its cheating but hehe oh never mind...

planet dungeon siege but thats because i like doing a little modding and find the tutorials they have beneficial...

and please visit the other sites mentioned by these other fine people as well no one site has everything, but some sites are more complete than others.
