I'm still bashing away in my other two fave games Oblivion and X3:The Reunion
- and I'm eagerly looking forward to the end of this month as on the 30th, the definitive X3:The Reunion Game Of The Year Edition (version 2) comes out.. it's got all the updates and improvements as well as the Bala-Gi add-in..
- I took this shot in X3, 'cos it gives some idea of the sheer size of the X-Universe
- there's a video available for download here..

- it's really quite impressive!
- also on the 30th March, the Oblivion add-on "Shivering Isles" comes out
- this looks like it's going to be a real treat..
- from my current game, this mage apprentice is forming a fireshot spell - at the Arcane University where the Mages learn their art..
- this one is from "The Knights Of The Nine", another official expansion..
- details of the new Oblivion expansion are here..

elfling gave me Half Life2 the other day..
I've never played it before - apart from the demo, many moons ago..
it's not bad - a bit frantic in places
like Unreal Tournament2004, I can only play it
for so long before my nerves are all shot to pieces..!!
- so-oo tense..
- even with all the cheats on!! :woot:

..never mind the weather, just as long as we're together!
I found my first trip through Ravenwood to be the creepiest part of the game for sure... (the mood / setting / sounds / ambushing beasties plus the gravity gun = gaming magic). The most tense sequences for me were the gunships and stryder battles, with a couple of shoot-outs with turrets being noteworthy as well (honorable mention to the ant-lions). Tons of fun all around.
Having a lot of fun playing through the expansion for Titan Quest, got love the rag doll! Just wishing the camera was like in DS though!
Here she is with her pets

- looks like it's going to be a real stunner, this one..

- due out in September, fingers crossed!! :woot:
I've been playing Silverfall recently, I bought it some time ago
but after discovering that it's graphics were too much for my Pc,
I shoved it on a shelf and forgot about it..
A new GFX card and some more RAM later and I've been pleasantly surprised by this one..
it plays in the traditional adventure format - quests and combat - treasure and skills, etc
..it looks very smart and after a slow beginning, it plays quite nicely..
- it also has an absolutely enormous playing area, so it's pretty engrossing stuff.. :woot:
their site is here, if you want to find out more:

- there's also a substantial patch available, which has probably done much to improve the gameplay and graphics..
Man...I have got to get an income again so I can play ALL these games.
:lightning: Ack! I can't handle any more demands on my gaming time. Back into D2:LoD. I still have to check out Oblivion's Shivering Isles, Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. Coming soon is Space Siege, Demigod (possibly), StarCraft2, Diablo3...
^^
Hi, all.
I'm still playing Last Chaos (f2p from Aeria Games and Entertainment, but with certain items available only with "AP," i.e., there are some optional and semi-optional things in-game that cost real-world money).
I really wanted to play Conan (having been a major fan of Robert E. Howard's works since the mid 70s), but I followed the fora for that since it was first proposed, and saw that most people were advocating a monthly fee, and when the game came out, there was in fact a monthly fee. It's not terribly expensive, but when you add that $15 a month to the $50 it costs to buy the game, we're talking $230 for one year of play! If I pay $50 to buy a game, I do not want to "pay rent" on it in order to use it!
I'll try to upload a screenshot of my main character (Mage with subclass of Witch) as she looks now, later tonight or tomorrow (check my blog). If anyone's interested in joining me in Last Chaos, send me a PM and I'll let you know my IGN and the server I play on. The link for AGE is:

Still waiting for Dungeon Siege 3 (*pokes Chris Taylor*) ...
there's a teaser-type vid at YouTube..

- the Hi-Def option is also available..
- looks totally amazing..!! :woot:
