Nooooo, not "eeney". You've just said the last magic word to complete the sequence and now the Forge is broken (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error)!

(BTW, I really did get the error... but I don't blame anyone for the outage ).

Hmm, I had gotten that error earlier myself. I blame Firebat of course.

(but at least the 500 error is more palatable than getting that php download thing that makes my browser possessed.)

Amazing how our random ramblings have brought us full circle and back to the original topic of this thread. I got the 500 internal server error last night also. Was also present for scourgeweb.org

Sharkull, there is a member here and at the forge called LastResort. He isn't active that much, but he is on the StheD IRC channel frequently and is nice enough to take the blame for all the world's ills. I don't know how it all this LR blaming got started, but I just carry on tradition. I know you don't go onto the IRC channel, so figured I would just explain the whole thing. Besides, I am supposed to be "chatty", doncha know.

(and ha ha solly...I am indeed relieved to know that one day I will be a sexy senior citizen. That day is not today, though!)

Volkan, I just checked the Forge now (it is 12:38 AM my time) and it appears to be working fine. Hopefully, you will be able to get on. The Forge is tempermental sometimes, but ce la vie.

(I *still* say evil little pixies are responsible for Forge whackiness....)

Not sure how many (or if only me) can not log onto Herena Forge after the site upgrade. If it's universal, someone needs to inform OC there are problems.

Nope, I still can't login. Tried clearing cache/cookies with no success.

Edit: Charietto found the problem.

The database is correctly down, I can not fix this, the only one that can is OC.

I was a bit concerned that the setup link on the error page might be a security loophole for someone to click on it, and wait for the database to be restarted. You'd be in the re-install process already and might get the chance to replace the existing TikiWiki with a blank one. But I guess there's other checks later on, like having to be an admin on the DBMS.
