Mod Title: Spells-vo
My new spells for Broken World, available by themselves. Hell Bolt for Combat, and Laser Beam for Nature. I revamped Hell Bolt following Wyvante's example of altering the sfx files to take complete control of the effect.

Uninstall Instructions:
1. Remove Spells-vo.ds2res file from the Resources directory, or re-name extension to .off.
