Sounds like you've had it rough even after the transplant, sorry to hear that. Congrats on the graduation from me as well. Must be good to have that taken care of.
I'm with Sharkull on not going back to school too soon. Myself I went to the US for two years and then worked for one year before I went back to school after my graduation. It was the same education that I wanted to attend when I was 12, master in computer science, but I thought I would be more motivated after maturing a bit after having experienced some things first. Turned out it was the wrong program for me. So I dropped out, took some courses in multimedia and pedagogy, and the next year I signed up for a master in Interaction design instead. Those extra courses I took was educational and helpful, but in the long run I kind of wish I had gotten a job instead since I knew I would be studying Interaction design the next year. I will be a bit low on money when my last semester comes along because of it.
It's best to really research your options and then give it some time before you make up your mind. Earning some money for when you need extra cash during your education is a good idea as well.
Hope you can make sense of this since I'm really tired right now. Been up all night writing a report on the Wii Balance Board.
