After a quick look, Slow Time does look very cool... and Disintegrate looks nasty.
Some of the other spells in the trailer are quite interesting too... I think they struck an excellent balance with the SFX (looks great without going overboard with excessive "flashyness").
I was out of town for the weekend, so I missed out on all the Blizzcon news... I think I have some reading to do.
