Since some days i'm trying out the WoW-Trail as well, and i must state, this game is really supine and latent with attack intervals 2x-3x than in DS1/2.
Staves e.g. need even more than 3 second per hit, and amazingly the hit animation itself takes less than 1 second the rest you wait - initially i really thought, somethings would be wrong with my keyboard or the way i control the character. Also to refesh life/mana you need to sit down an wait ~15s...
And this all on the background it's a game you pay over time, so anyhow it leaves a insidious impression to me...
However I don't know what level you need to make WoW a drug, but at the beginning it rather seems to be a bitter sleeping pill.
