The way I remember it, the Legendary mod turned all the DS1 Kingdom of Ehb's mule sellers into pet salesmen. The first one is at Stonebridge, the next between Wesrin Cross and Glitterdelve, third at Glacern and last one at Fortress Kroth.

What I don't remember is whether the Utraean Peninsula map has been given any, since the original was a multi-player only map which in DS1 meant no mules allowed.
