Opposite Wind is the worst thing for a solo biker. :'(
If you have problem with strong sideway wind, let your body "fall" against the wind (like when you fall on a side to turn around without using the handlebar for direction).
It can be uncomfortable at first and not feel natural, especially if the wind force is varying a lot because you have to keep adjusting "how much you fall" to compensate.
Just know your equipped wheel/current ground adherence limit, because falling on the side against the wind, might "fly you up" and even 1mm off ground is enough to go boom in certain condition
