I recall that I made the frog (the one that Charietto and I used in the Halloween Special) just around the time of Happy Frog and Strumpets Tasty Donuts (i.e April 1st), so I offered the frog as an addition to Summon the Forge. I don't remember if it ever got in there, or even if there was more than one version of the mod released.
You probably have both, so you can do it anyway.
