Early 1900's perhaps. Another example I've visited is the Coleman in Miami. (no that's OK not FL)

It was my father's local movie theatre when he was over here in the US learning to fly in the last class at the Spartan school. (They ended WWII when they heard he was coming!) We visited for a 50th anniversary of VE day and they were just finishing the restoration.
