Stange that such a simple idea would work. I copied the DSLoA Folder from my Retail install of DS1/DSLoA to the same location in the DS1 Steam Folder. Then I copied the DSLoA.exe to the root directory of the steam DS1 install. Verified that the file was pointing to the Steam install which it was. Then verified that the DSLoA.exe in my retail install was still pointing at the retail version, which it was. It now appears I have a working DSLoA playable from the steam install. I will have to play a game to see what happens. May have to change the paths for the saved games and screen shots so they do not overlap the DS1 retail install.
