Well it looks to me as if there where 2 mods that both alter the character creation. For example Adepts and the Succubus modlet could cause this condition. I can think of several other mod combinations that will cause this also -- see this link http://www.siegetheday.org/?q=node/3073.
If you will pm me a list of what is in your resources folders I will be happy to hunt it down.
