Wish I could help but I use the retail version of DS1 and DS2 and I use windows 7 professional for many reasons. Did you know that you can get the retail version of all the Dungeon Siege games on places like Amazon cheaper than the steam version? I am sure there is someone here that can help you with the nasty steam version of the game.
