I would like to encourage the new folks to jump in and post in threads or start your own thread (compliant with forum rules.)

So, lets keep the focus on welcoming new people and trying to make them feel at home and not berate anyone for "lurking". ( I always hated that term, it sounds like somebody who peeks into other people's windows...) And no, Lurker I don't mean you.
