This is an issue that is being worked on. Has to do with moving the web site to new servers and having the version of the software that the site is built with not being totally compatible with the new systems software. You would have to talk to techiem2 for a while to understand exactly why. I am not a software engineer so his explanation to me went mostly in one ear and out the other.
