I have previously tried to email ahui58 but no replies and I have not seen anything anywhere from him since January 2005 I will assume that either he suddenly stopped working on it and disappeared (which is possible since he is in China) or the Great Firewall of China prevents him from any further updates. So he may have done more or gave up when no one could get to it and he couldnt distribute.

Either way since the dsres that was out was not tanked on its release I am going to assume that the content can be used for projects with proper credit. The major problem with using the files is that most if it is in Chinese which makes it not exactly easy to figure out things. I am thinking I may use a few things for some small mods as there are some nice things in it. The files look like it was being set up for a sp map as nothing is set to mp other than you can get some of the items by drops and vendors based on pcontent. But none of the mobs, characters, or specific items are placed anywhere for Ehb or UP.
