Pretty wimpy requirements. Seems to be falling behind other games. Guess I will have no problem running maxed out.
Don't forget that game developers are always overly optismistic when it comes to system requirements. Yes you often can run games at the minimum system requirements, but at 1-2 frames per second at the lowest possible video settings  . We'll find out for sure once the game's actually released, from the actual net & magazine reviews of finished code and posts to various technical forums at all the Dungeon Siege sites, including this one, about why the game won't run even though I have the recommended system specs! Why there's even been some posts already about the demo! Recommended system specs are set by the publishers not the developers, in order to get as many people as possible to buy the game. I thought everyone knew that ^_^ .

Will my NVDIA GEForce FX 5700 work with DS2? I am hopeless when it comes to video cards.
Should eat it alive .
I guess the answer of how well DS2 will perform on the various system setups found on all the pcs across the world, will depend on how well it's optimized (the original game was released extremely poorly optimized due to the retention of debugging resources ) and the tradeoff between the improved graphics and how much omph they've been able to squeeze out of the ageing 'enhanced' engine. Remember it's not a brand new engine but rather an enhanced version of the original engine, presumably supporting the latest Direct X code and video cards (hopefully none of this 'Unable to find video card entry for your hardware!' rubbish from Siege Editor either ).
