There should be 2 DungeonSiege.ini files in your "Documents" where save games are. (unless you have it on steam maybe, which I am dumb for)
One is in "Dungeon Siege" and the other is in "Dungeon Siege LOA".
I had to find the name of my graphics card in "Control Panel"/"Performance Information and Tools"/"View and print detailed performance and system information."
I copied and pasted "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family" into both .ini files, and saved them both.
My current .ini's:
driver_description = Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family - Hardware
width = 1600
height = 900
bpp = 32
nointro = true
After all this, the game worked, and has on 2 different laptops running win7(x64).
If you are able to play, but only while online.... that's really beyond anything I know about. So if you've done the .ini changes and other fixes that didn't work, I hope you find help soon!
