That's too bad, about everything. Is there any kind of aid you or your mother could apply for? I don't know where you live, but where I live there is some kind of emergency housing, food stamps and fuel assistance.

Having things stolen sucks, even if it is "not something to get worked up over". Games are pretty expensive, and even if they weren't they were *yours* and having them stolen is like a violation. I'd be pretty angry if someone stole my stuffed animal collection, even if it is sort of silly for a grown woman to have. They are mine and no one has the right to steal anything, no matter how small.

Here's hoping 2017 brings you better fortune.
