Hey DE, thanks.

The surgery is already done and I am home enjoying a nice coffee. I was stupid to waste so much time (months) dealing with an eye I couldn't even see out of. The staff was talking about the cataract because apparently it was very bad, like visible to the naked eye and stuff ( density ranges from 1 to 4, mine was 4. I'm soo stupidly competitive over dumb crap like that I was all like "oh yeah, my cataract is badass"). shheesh.

The shield texture is funny. I was poking around in the evil d monsters folder and found this:

b_c_edm_me ... I guess one of the artists had been smoking something to get an eye that red.

There is some other stuff in different folders I don't think I've seen before. The game has a lot of unused art assets, which is too bad for the game, but kind of a cool perk for modders.
