Why yes there is are. the best patches for no CD are located here. https://www.gamecopyworld.eu/games/pc_dungeon_siege_2.shtml make sure your retail DS2 is patched to version 2.2 before installing. The necessary patches can be found in the Game Resources section of SiegetheDay look to the left side on the main page.
