I don't let them install automatically. Two of them were Visual Studios, others were numbered. I don't know what they were about as they were wiped out when I installed the Mirror Image backup. As I write, windows once again want to update (mess up) my machine. I have gone into the update settings and think I at least deferred them for a few days. but don't know how to stop them forever. Windows 10 doesn't give you the option to refuse updates as far as I know.

I'm going to go offline before turning the machine off and on. Sure hope there's a better solution.
