I use this site, http://tinypic.com/ there's no need to sign up, just browse to your image and select upload now, there's usually a screen with 2 words on it, type it in then select one of the options on the left, I use the IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards, copy it and paste it into your post on here, simples.
