For years, I was an avid Diet Coke drinker. Now I haven't had soda in like 3 years or so. Soda (both diet and regular) is acidic, which is bad for teeth and stomach. Water is best, but it's hard sometimes to drink enough without running to the bathroom 100 times a day. Shock

I do use Stevia in my coffee, but that is supposed to be natural. Along with quarts of half and half. Just ask Lili
