"Edit: I dont have any exe like DungeonSiege2Mod.exe in DVD with game and on directory of the game.
I also downloaded DS2 Tool Kit v1.1 from this site and it cant even rocognize i have game installed (its says something like that when i double clik on tool kit).
So i cant move any further."

1) DungeonSiege2Mod.exe is inside "Dungeon Siege II Tool Kit" (program File (x86)) only after install "Dungeon Siege II Official Tool Kit v1.1.exe (13,1 Mo)
2) Must install first Dungeon Siege 2 inside "program file (x86)" ... and after any directory but always on your C
3) Just install DS2 (no Broken World)
4) I just install it (Dungeon Siege II Tool Kit) with no problem. I install few months ago DS2 inside C:\GAMES ... with Broken World
5) But like I said before "DungeonSiege2Mod.exe" don't work for me (didn't like my stupid donkey Broken World lol)
6) That help to delete completely DS2 from Steam or GOG. Use only your DVD
