If you are browsing where the Lazarus files are located, you will find a bunch of different dsres files there. You will need to explore them w/ tank viewer and poke around, even the ones that aren't specifically for Lazarus, such as Brittania logic. I don't have the game installed on this computer, but I do remember a lot of stuff, so it might take some time to find what you want.

The modder's pack/tools for Lazarus is located HERE. There are some other resource files on that page also.
