I found my copy of X-skins on my laptop. This link to my Google Drive should work, if it doesn't let me know.

I haven't used this mod since 2006 or something, so I played with it for a while earlier.

This is one of the starting outfits and there are quite a few combos to choose from, including a completely nude option. There is only one skin tone available, so chances are it isn't going to match every single character. I think it is hard to draw a skin texture that will look natural once it is placed on a 3D model, but the mod creator gave it a shot so good for him. Lots of interesting enchantments on the items also. Eh, that's my opinion even though no one asked for it, lol.
