argh! It feels like you often have problems with my mods or in this case, if I suggest a mod. It's not my fault, really!
I know you said you were having issues even after uninstalling mods, but if the other things get fixed you could double check that you have the correct version of the inventory mod installed. The DS1 and the LoA ones are incompatible. I've gotten weird looking screens and I once had a crash because I forgot to check which version I needed.
1.) How do you uninstall your programs? I used to use the Control Panel for this but started using Geek Uninstaller.
The reason I use this program exclusively (for the last 4 years) is because it does a better "clean up" after uninstalling a program. It checks for left over registry entries and other misc. crap that is often left behind. Yes, the program does make minor changes to the registry, but I have found it to be very safe and reliable with no issues.
Best of all it's a Portable App. If you choose to download the program, you will receive a message that will try to persuade you that you need the The PortableApps.com Platform, but you don't. I just stick mine in a folder and run them from there.
2.) I read your DxDiag and the crash file and noticed that you have Dungeon Siege installed on your "E" drive. Your E drive is almost full, with just a little over 8gb of space left. That causes performance issues, no?
Maybe moving some stuff on E to a USB could help. That is what I did when I received a low space warning on drive C. I'm know you are familiar with moving files between partitions but I'm not.
Meh, I'm trying to help but I probably am not. Good Luck dear, I hope you get this straightened out soon.
