It wasn't actually up in the morning as the article implied... it's there now, and on FilePlanet / FileShack too:

Looks to be a fairly large download (935MB). Not as big as the DS2 beta, but still quite large. I'll probably download it next week sometime (when I might have some time to check it out).

FYI, I found these system requirements for the demo (posted by an unoficial source though):
