Mod Title: LOA Cestus
Bringing the DS2 Cestus to LOA . And added two that were unused from DS2, (Ancient and Jeweled). New effects for each type, (and added one surprise). Each variation of weapon has it’s shield counterpart, mix and match. See the Known Issues/Player Preferences for more details.

1. Place LOA Cestus.dsres into the Resources or LOA folder.
Uninstall Instructions:
1. remove.dsres from the Resources or LOA folder.
Known Issues/Player Preferences
The unique specialization of the base_cestus allows either 1Hand melee or staff animations to be used for either melee or magic. The attack speed is "slower" with staff animation, but is "fast" with melee animation. To switch to the melee animation, simply re-equip the shield. (Plus magic users get the full AC from shield this way and not just the magical bonuses)
