some possible solutions to try:

1. try installing the mod to the bw resources folder instead. gpg changed the ds2 world shops in bw v2.3 via the xds2world.ds2map file in the bw maps folder so putting the mods' files in the bw resources folder might solve this issue. u can also try retanking with a slightly higher priority but i dont think it wud do anything.

2. also try this mod using ds2mod.exe in the ds2 toolkit to see if the amulet appears and/or drops. if it does, its likely a bw ds2 world shop related resource conflict issue as described above.

the maker of this mod shud have said this mod might conflict with other shop mods as modifying the shops.gas file to force the amulet to appear can cause a mod conflict.
