Elys has approved the release of secret incantations that have been part of her Succubus Mod. Be warned: Some of these will get low level characters killed. Recommend high 30's. Conjurum DaBloodSuka and of course Pineapples Roxx Enjoy and try not to die.  |

Oooo, cool. I can't wait to try these out. Elys is a terrific modder, and I hope she resumes modding DS1 and DS2 stuff eventually. She had a start on making the DS1 maps functional for DS2, but I think she passed the torch to someone else. Does anyone know how that's going?
Know what these things do?
Most summon spells or potions. "Tampaxum" summons a level 40 "Lady_Femme" to fight.
Eh well, Elys' humor is a bit ...strange!?![Laughing out loud](https://siegetheday.org/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/Roving/lol.png)
...or is there maybe any sponsoring agreement pending?
Me too i hope this no permanent end. I guess she's the only one that can make a *.dll to break some barriers in the retail version of DS2.
At the moment she seems to stick with Guild Wars...
It doesn't look good: http://garage.gaspowered.com/?q=node/2680
Evidentally it will result in an almost endless fixing of all (inter)active objects - supposed you get first all the 'still life' things done.
Also i never have seen any similar approach again expect of some german guys who tried to 'rescue' at least the node structure of Utrae. Unfortunately this has been canceled too - already importing the bare regions was tricky and painful work, also the estimated result didn't seem to match the expectations and thus they decided to start a 'regular' DS2 mapping project - and so they are currently mapping - maybe will see anything next year...
The main problem with any attempt on converting maps is that every gizmo works differently in DS2. The nodes are pretty well compatible, but it's the interactive stuff that causes the problems. Effects are done a completely new way, and flick has replaced skrit in a lot of places.
But I don't see any point in making an attempt. The old maps still work with DS1, and I'd rather have a completely new one, than just a rewrite of an old one for a new engine. The real point is that there isn't a DS2 MP map anything like the size of Utrae, so we're all looking for a shortcut to creating one, except that conversion doesn't make it any easier.
Conjurum DaBloodSuka: gives a special sword that level with you
Harpy Birthday: gives a MELEE summon harpy spell
Let me be a Drake Queen: gives a NATURE MAGIC summon green drake spell
Elvis Bondagus: gives a RANGED summon Bound Elf spell
Gimme Five: gives five super health potions
Tampaxum: summons Lady Femme to kill in less than 2 min to obtain a special shield drop
Kameha Mehax: gives a MELEE super energy ball attack - ( NOT BALANCED AT ALL !!! Do not use it to play until you wanna kill something in one hit )
Drake Vader :gives a COMBAT MAGIC summon Black Drake spell
Pineapples Roxx: teleports you to the Pineapples Island if you are playing the original DS2/DS2BW map, OR create a mini boss to fight if you are playing a custom map
I won't be modding DS/DS2 anymore.
Yes I've been playing a lot of Guild Wars recently. Currently taking a temporary break from it.
I played Two Worlds last week, and now I've just finished all the Oblivion+official plugins stuff. But I think I gonna start a second character ^^.
As for soon to be played game, I'm waiting Bioware Mass Effect which will be released the 20-23th november.
Tomahawk is nearing completion of his Lands of Darkbard map, can't remember if it is single or multiplayer. And the most impressive thing is, he has done it all by himself. Killer Gremal and Sharkull have been helping him get the coding correct. You Tube preview is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rF2tXRi-lwY
Oops, I've just realized than Mass Effect will be only for XBOX 360, not for PC sadly ! So forget my last comment about it![Tongue](https://siegetheday.org/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/Roving/tongue.png)
Hi, Elys.
Sorry to hear you won't be modding DS1 or DS2 anymore. I'm still hoping for a DS3, assuming the upcoming movie generates interest, so I'll be waiting to see what happens there.
On another note, I saw over on your forum site that there was some hint that GW might be moddable. Any further news on that?
I'm not at all into Guild Wars modding. I'm just playing it.
Also, of course, only the CLIENT side of Guild Wars can be altered. You can change the look of things on your side, but that does not change at all what is going on the Guild Wars servers.
Or say otherwise, it's just client side aesthetic modifications.
Concerning Dungeon Siege III, the next GPG release derivated from DS is Space Siege, but still different.
Will there be a DS3. I have no idea, but if there will be one it won't be soon anyway and for sure with a completly different engine, which may be not targetted to be "modded" even.
The last game I was waiting to mod, is NWN2 because I really loved the easyness of the NWN editor, but I did not get hooked to the campaign, I did not even exit the first tutorial town (maybe one day I will play it again and go further
)
I'm a fan of The Elder Scrolls game since "Daggerfall" although the last episode Oblivion has a sucky PC GUI due to its XBOX "compatibility". I really think Bethesda should make 2 different versions of the GUI for each platform so the PC can get a decent and not simplified stupid consolish GUI.![Laughing out loud](https://siegetheday.org/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/Roving/lol.png)
Both Morrowind and Oblivion have a powerfull friendly editor which is nice too.
So I hope there will be another The Elder Scrolls game soon
