Just discovered an omission in the world/global/rules rules.gas for the Fist of Stone and Blood Assassin skills. As a general tip do not let these party members fall behind so that they need to be "boosted" as only their primary skills of Melee and Ranged get altered, thereby ruining the FOS and BA attributes. forums: |

Yes, I have to play "catch up" with their secondary classes when I pull them out of the inn, if they've been in there long enough for their primary classes to increase at all.

Forgive me for changing the subject slightly, ...
Speaking of these double-class classes (FoS and BA), I saw over on the Gas Powered Garage forums that KillerGremal had tried to come up with another double-class class which would allow a Nature Mage/Combat Mage combination, but it looks as if he abandoned that project:

Or are you still working on that, KG? If so, how's it coming?
Whether that project is ongoing or no, he has provided a Mod that allows a 50:50 split in XPs between both Magic Classes, which looks interesting (if I can run that mod with Elys' DS2BW Succubus Mod; i.e., Elys DS2BW Succubus Manager, with the Succubus Modlet turned on):

Or is that the final product of the above project? I'm not clear on that.
I guess 'boosted' means here the method with sending a partymember to the inn and immediately re-adding him while using some modified rules, right!?
Indeed it's true that the default 'inn rule' of v2.3/BW only boosts the primary skill.
This really can be condsidered as a bug/lack and thus at least the Aranna Legacy mod would treat FoS or BA skilled chars much better while also using a lowered threshold of 12 instead of 20 levels.
Next mod releases will feature maybe an even more enhanced implementation - away form this static/absolute threshold an respecting other multi-classing possibilities too.
Yes, finally it has led to the same.
Originally this magic-exp sharing spell was intended for v2.3/BW only since it has multi-class support - sadly this support is quite limited (specially for expanding the game, eg. you will get problems to setup dual-magic requirements for a spell), moreover the hole splitting process is not completely transparent since some things seem to happen behind accessable code.
Once rather for test reasons i have added some custom code in v2.2 (...still dreaming of a toolkit for v2.3/BW :() and it turned out as more usable as assumed - that's the simple reason why the
Hotfix Mod is featuring now exp-sharing too on a basic level.
Currently only magical (nature/combat) exp-sharing is available including a dual-magic buff (similar to the addon, required for exp sharing) and two dual-magic summons spells (i know, it's said summons spells are quite lame but these ones hopefully not - ...ever occupied a boss monster!? :D)
Well since these additions always are quite time-consuming i'm not sure if there will be further dual-magic spells (in particular offensive spells are hard to invent) but it's very probably that in further releases there will be at least an extra ranged-nature exp-sharing buff spell to level your Dryad as the game story is explaining you.
About Succubus compatibility, the Hotfix or the Aranna Legacy mod both should be more or less compatible with Succubus releases. As far as noted there are some 'content-overlaps' but that shouldn't lead to a serious conflict, just some values will change.
Also as i have learnd rencently the Succubus mod has an own Harpy summon spell, however both spells should exist in parallel while the spell form the Hotfix resp. the Aranna Legacy mod is dual-magic based.
